Emily Cunnane creates joyful and artful spaces that champion craft and creativity. Based between Ireland and Portugal, the studio works on projects worldwide, with recent residential and commercial works completed in the US, UK, Ireland and Portugal. Art is a pillar of our practice and integral to our design process from the very beginning. We use art and curated objects in the conceptual stage to shape each project’s identity, collaborating with creatives to ensure that interiors carry meaning and character from the outset, and are not decorative afterthoughts.
The connections our team forge open us up to a vibrant network of creatives who are pushing the boundaries of tradition, inspiring new, and bold forms.
What matters most is how clients feel in our spaces. We design interiors to spark optimism and delight, creating environments for living and working that uplift and energise, but also function seamlessly. Each space we design is thoughtfully layered with colour, texture, and art, and each element is chosen to resonate with individual clients. For this, we work with skilled artists, ceramicists, weavers, glassblowers, furniture makers, cabinet makers, and more besides.
