Our Work

Located in the vibrant Fulton Market district, this project involved reimagining a sprawling, cavernous warehouse where our primary objective was to inject comfort and human scale into an industrial volume. From designing a new canteen and reception area, a series of breakout spaces, a comprehensive layered lighting scheme, and a new acoustic design, no stone was left unturned. Through this reconfiguring of the full floor plan, centering an expansive All-Hands social hub, softening the visual shell and acoustics with sweeping drapery, and by sourcing an eclectic mix of vintage furniture in the city, the space now feels warm and inviting.
