Our Work

Our primary objective was to inject comfort and human scale into the industrial volume of this warehouse space. We reconfigured the floor plan to feature dedicated workspaces and breakout zones, centred around a expansive All-Hands social hub. To balance the 'hard' aesthetics of the concrete and high ceilings, we softened the visual shell and the acoustics by introducing sweeping drapery, custom wall-mounted rugs, and custom joinery throughout. The floor plan is brought to life by an eclectic mix of Chicago-sourced vintage furniture, ensuring that the industrial backdrop feels warm and inviting.
