Approached with an art-first methodology, this project prioritises artistry, materiality, and craftsmanship over vast structural change; over fifty artworks were curated in total for this space. Across two floors, zoning is achieved with timber screens, drapery and sweeping chainmail dividers, creating a sense of domesticity across break-out areas. Walls are clad in handmade tiles made in Liverpool, while hand-knotted rugs were installed vertically instead of traditional acoustic paneling, and custom paneling and joinery were made on-site, bringing warmth and character to this East London office.
