Our team was commissioned to transform all three levels of this new Irish HQ, located at one of Dublin's most prestigious addresses overlooking St. Stephen's Green.
On the lower two floors, we created inviting open-plan workspaces, training rooms, and specialised podcast and pairing rooms. These levels are unified by a bold use of colour and art, enriched by a diverse palette of textures including glass bricks, handmade tiles to add tactile depth, while soft textural drapery and bespoke custom joinery ensure the functional zones feel both sophisticated and warm. The top level serves exclusively as a dedicated social floor, featuring a large communal space, canteen, and reception area. The centerpiece of this floor is the "day-to-night" bar, designed to be fully concealed behind 2.5-metre-high tambour doors during the day. This allows the area to function as a bright coffee and connection hub until evening, when the doors retract to reveal a vibrant "nighttime zone"—complete with a striking red interior, integrated taps, and a fully stocked bar. To complete the transformation, we curated a collection of over 70 art pieces to bring unique character and energy to every floor.
