Transformed from blank canvas to a confident expression of colour, light, and rhythm, this apartment is unrecognisable from its builder’s-finish past. Yves Klein Blue sets the tone in the hallway, creating both bold entrance and guiding thread for the palette beyond. A natural entertainer, the client wanted a home that invited people upward to a social loft, so vertical joinery, custom lighting, and neon artworks lead guests upstairs immediately. Downstairs, glazed steel dividers inset with coloured glass, plush upholstery, and art celebrating LGBTQ+ icons continue the vibrancy.
